Processing Time All orders are custom-made and typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment.

Responsibility for the Address   Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Estimated Delivery Times (USA)

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (if available)

International orders may take longer depending on customs clearance.

Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers depending on your location.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Production Start/Order Processing Start Processing times begin after payment confirmation.

Delays  While we are not able to control carrier, weather, or customs delays, we will do our best to assist you if shipping issues occur.

Lost package clarification If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Policy regarding returned packages If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim delivery, reshipping costs may apply.
