Overview We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Final Sale – Made to Order All products are made to order. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. 

We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering.

Cancellation before production - Orders may be canceled within 6 hours after purchase if production has not started. To cancel, contact us immediately at contact@estasbrand.com with your order number.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund under U.S. consumer protection law. Please contact us within 30 days of confirmed delivery date at contact@estasbrand.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Color Disclaimer Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order is lost in transit, we will reship or issue a full refund. Orders not delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date will be considered lost.

Policy regarding returned packages If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim delivery, reshipping costs may apply.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
